We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the colours and details you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we’ve received it.

Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an email confirming the products are being dispatched.

Shipping Areas

We ship our premium BBQ products worldwide excluding Asia and some remote areas.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over A$50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for return, products must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Kamado BBQs once they have been used due to the porous nature of the ceramic materials

Freestanding Gas BBQs and Smokers that show signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll provide you with a Returns Authorization (RA) number and instructions
3. Securely package the items in their original packaging
4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your original payment method will be credited
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Unless otherwise stated, Hot Grills and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Hot Grills. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access this from Hot Grills for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:
